Back seat car mirrors to see your child?
I am almost 6 months prego with my second child and just found out it is going to be a little boy:). I have started to go shopping for things for him since my first child was a girl so i can't really use her things because i bought her almost all pink. I have been trying to find this mirror that lays across the backing of the back seat so when your infant is still at the age where they are facing the back of the car in there car seat you can look in to the rear view mirror at the mirrior that is laying across the back of the back seat and see what your child is doing and all. I have seen 3 people drive by that have had it but i can not find it any where i have have looked everywhere and can not find it so i was wondering if any of you know what i am talking about and have heard of it and know where i can order one online and if you know anything about them i would love for you to share information on them. Also are the packs that yu put around your shoulders then your child sits in them and you can carry them around that way safe for an infant? i did not use one for my first child but i was thinking about buying one for the new baby but can you use them for infants? around what age can you start using them and what is the best kind? sorry for all the questions but i will greatly apreciate all of your answers. The carrier I like best is called a Mei Tei, it is suitable for newborns- here’s a link to the Mei Tei website (you can get knock offs that are just as good from ebay)

Other good brands are Baby Bjorn and Ergo. I like Mei Tei best.
Another thing you might want to invest in is Window Sox- if you are in America they are still prohibitively expensive but they are the BEST car window shade device out!

Have you tried wal-mart or babies r’ us? I got mine from Wal-Mart and it was like $20 (Canadian).
If you are wanting to order it online then try babies r’us online…it is made by safety 1st
The car mirrors I think can be bought from any big toy shop. I just got one of those back pack thingys and they are from six months old, they can be helpful but they cause really bad back pain as your child gets heavier. I used a sling and a pushchair while my children were younger. Good luck and hope I’ve been a bit helpful
They have a lion car mirror at walmart, that I saw recently. Otherwise I’m sure target or kmart have them too.
If you’re talking about an infantino brand carrier, they also have those at walmart. I used one for my son when he was about 2 months old. You want to make sure they can hold their head up decent, or you can hold it. The one I purchased had a reinforcement for the neck. They have posted the weight restrictions also. I loved using mine & would recommend it.
