Do any of the airport shuttle vans like Road Runner provide baby car seats?

I am going to be traveling with my toddler. On the plane, he will be using a baby seat belt that is not designed for a car or van.

    I’ve travelled a lot on planes, and have never seen any of the babies/toddlers using one on the shuttles.
    You could phone the airline you’re travelling with. From what I’ve seen, parents just hold their child in their arms; especially since they tend to get a little overwhelmed with all the people and a new surrounding.
