is my volvoC30 an okay car for me & my baby?
It was a gift from my uncle. And I really love this car. Though I haven't drove it myself yet. Anyway I am 42 weeks so the doctors is gonna induce me, and just wondering, since I don't want to give the car up( my dream car), is it a good car to put a car seat and newborn-toddler in. Someday I will get an s.u.v when I will get married and such. but just wondering. If the car isn't a safe car for my son then I will not use it :[.

I really need to know for the safety of my son and it's an awesome car. And how many times in my life will I get the chance to own a 2009 european volvo c30. so please answer !
oh sorry i really didnt mean to brag, its just i am worried because i am in love with this car. but also in love with my baby. & im not rich or anything so its really special too me

It will be a bit of a pain since it’s a 2 door. I had a small Kia Rio and it was great with my daughter. Now that I am having another baby I bought a large, safe SUV. Any car will do when you are having baby #1.
Your question is a "brag fest" like others have said. It’s not like you are going to be driving a BMW or anything.

… uhm, yea it’s safe.
It’s not really about the car, so much as it should be able the safety of the car seat! Though, a brand spanking new car is going to be safer than an older car from the 80′s or so, just because the safety standards have gone up. As long as it’s not just a two seater car (meaning it has a back seat), then there’s nothing wrong with it. Remember, not everyone can just go out and get a brand new car when they become pregnant. Some people have to go around driving their older cars. Just how it is.
And I’d have to agree with Emma’s Mommy a bit there.
