Palin screws up again….?
How can anyone possibly think this woman is a good mother? I am floored by this woman at every turn.

One Friday in June, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin joined the chief of the state prison system on a tour of the Point MacKenzie Correctional Farm, a 90-minute drive north of Anchorage. It was a routine visit but for the presence of the governor's infant son, Trig.
Palin held her baby in her arms as the warden drove a short distance around the facility, said corrections director Joe Schmidt, who sat next to Palin. A few days later, the governor got a warning from her public safety commissioner that someone had complained that she did not strap Trig into a car seat for the ride.
Palin dismissed the complaint as petty, and the commissioner, whom she appointed, took no formal action.
I remember when Britney Spears got skewered for this. I'm starting to wonder if the Palins aren't related to the Spears family. Jeesh!
TheTimBosley: No. I'm not being judgemental. It's the law that when your child is in a moving vehicle, they have to be strapped into a car seat or booster seat. Its the LAW.
Doesn't even bother anyone that she took that baby to a prison? Was the sitter unavailable? As a mother, I wouldn't want my children anywhere near a prison. Anything could happen. It's not exactly the zoo.

Yeah this woman is so popular she can not even find a sitter.Oh I know her oldest daughter needs to be watching that baby.Why not she has no life anyway.You know it just occurs to me something is really really wrong here,in that household.I am sorry you just don’t drag children around like that.If that infant needs so much care well he sure ain’t getting it being dragged around to a prison.She is after all the governor of a state shouldn’t she have someone responsible there all the time?There should be someone? Welcome to the Party of Hypocrites – the Republicans. They trashed Britney for weeks about this. Yet they give the pitbull a free ride. We must trash Britney who made an honest mistake and pat Palin on the back. Total hypocrisy. Let’s hope Americans wake up and realize what they are doing before it’s too late.

This is trivial crap and parental error only lets stick to issues and there is soooooooo much more fuel to fry the Republicans on
First, it was not like they were driving on a public road, which makes her actions legal. So, since it was not on a pubic road, it is not the LAW. Second, from a safety standpoint, they were not traveling at high speeds, and were very unlikely to be involved in a wreck of any kind, since there was little or no other traffic, and the vehicle was at an easily contollable speed. when are people going to quit grasping at straws for ways to make this good woman look bad.
The law says that when you are on a ROAD, you are required to have your child in an approved child safety seat or restraint.
She was not on a road.
The paths on the prison farm are not covered under the law requiring child safety restraints.
This is like moving your car in your own driveway.
You can even have your own underaged child who has no drivers’ license drive your car from the front of the driveway to the back of the driveway on your own property.
Yes, you are being "judgmental" like all of the other Democrats and Obama partisans who are seeking ways to attack a decent woman simply because she belongs to the opposition party and threatens your candidate’s path to victory.
