which car seat should i buy for my daughter?
what is the difference between convertible and booster car seat?
when my daughter outgrows convertible car seat i have to get the booster one correct? so i should get the booster car seat, am i right?sorry if this sounds stupid, its my first baby and she is now 24lbs, so i need your advise.

She could use the infant car seat or the convertible. But she couldn’t use the forward facing with tether yet. If she grown out of her convertible seat she should use the forward facing with tether. After the forward facing with tether, then she could use the booster seat. But she still is starting to use her convertible. She still needs to grow 6 lbs to grow out of her infant seat.
omg, ok so go online and check which is safe because this monring when i was getting ready for school i was watching channel 4 and they were talking about how some of the car seats are coming up that they dont help children in accidents so you should check that out.
hope i helped:]
if she is in a infant seat then she would be ready for a car seat as she gets older you get her a booster seat she probably be to short for a booster seat at this time
Your options are:
Infant car seat: 5 point restraint
Convertible Car seat (goes from infant, rear facing to >1yr, forward-facing): 5 point restraint
High back booster: uses your car’s seat belt
No back booster seat: uses your car’s seat belt
Each seat manufacturer has age, weight & height guidleines that must be followed or your child’s safety is jeopardy
A child must be 3 years old & meet the height & weight requirements (as deemed by the particular seat) to use a booster of any kind, so if your daughter is <3y/o, you will have to go with a convertible that still has the 5 point restraint (this means the 2 shoulder straps that buckle into the crotch strap.
